Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Instrument
Securely place the guitar in its original protective packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure safe transit.
Ship to EART
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
